Incoming Material Check
Review hair, lace, cap materials and accessories for suitability against the product specification.
TORENVA WIGS uses specification-led production and multi-stage inspection before a sample is prepared for buyer review and written approval.

Quality promise
Quality control starts with the written specification. Product construction, processing and care vary, so TORENVA WIGS does not promise zero defects, universal lifespan, no shedding or no tangling.
The practical standard is clear: specification-led production, multi-stage inspection and written approval before bulk manufacturing.
Seven inspection stages
Project-specific checks are matched to the materials, processing method and approved requirements.
Review hair, lace, cap materials and accessories for suitability against the product specification.
Check color, texture, length, density, cap size, lace shade, construction, parting and special requests.
Review cap measurements, stitching, seams, elastic components, attachment points and structural consistency.
Review hand-knotting, hair direction, density distribution, hairline design and parting areas.
Assess color appearance, texture, visible residue and finishing consistency with suitable product-specific checks.
Compare length, cap size, density, hairline, parting, symmetry and requested styling with the written brief.
Check the final product, labels, cards, accessories and packaging before shipment preparation.

Approval before bulk
After final inspection, the buyer reviews the sample and either provides written approval or clear revision comments. Planned bulk production begins only after the agreed sample or specification is approved.
