Custom Order Policy

Made-to-order basis
TORENVA WIGS does not offer ready-stock checkout. Each product is made to the specification confirmed for the individual project.
Specification confirmation
Before production, review the written construction, length, texture, color, density, lace/cap, fit, branding, packaging, quantity, destination and other stated project details. The final quotation and order documents control if they differ from general website information.
Sample timing
Typical sample production is approximately seven days after the project specification and applicable payment are confirmed. Complex work may require additional time. Final timing is stated for the individual project.
Sample approval and bulk
Bulk production can be discussed after the custom sample has been reviewed. Quantity, bulk timing, packaging and shipping are confirmed separately.
Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available subject to destination. Freight cost, estimated delivery timing, import duties and available methods are confirmed for the individual project.
Returns and project review
Because items are made to confirmed specifications, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If you believe an item materially differs from the written approved specification, contact us promptly with photos or video so the project can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
