Start with one made-to-order human hair wig sample, review it against the written specification and approve it before planned bulk production begins.
Sample to bulk
Nine controlled stages.
Approximately seven days refers to sample production after the specification and payment are confirmed. It does not include international transit time, and complex work may take longer.

Project Brief
Send reference images or a written brief with product type, length, color, texture, density, lace or cap requirements, quantity, destination and branding needs.

Specification Review
We review feasibility, identify missing details and confirm the specification used for sample development.

Individual Quotation
The project-specific quotation covers the sample, customization, packaging requirements and relevant shipping arrangement.

Material Matching
Hair color and texture, lace shade, cap materials and construction components are selected for the approved brief.

Sample Production
One custom sample is produced in approximately seven days after specification and payment confirmation.

In-Process Inspection
Measurements, cap construction, ventilation, density distribution, color and workmanship are checked during production.

Final Quality Control
The finished sample is inspected against the approved specification before dispatch preparation.

Customer Review & Approval
The buyer approves the sample or provides clear revision comments. Bulk production does not begin before written approval.

Bulk Production & Shipping
After approval, confirm quantity, production schedule, labels, packaging, destination and commercial terms.
Approval boundary
The sample is the decision point.
Bulk lead time depends on quantity, cap construction, ventilation, color processing and finishing. It is confirmed for each approved project.
