What is your minimum order quantity?
You can start with one custom sample. Bulk quantity and pricing are discussed after the sample or written specification has been approved.
How long does a custom sample take?
Sample production takes approximately seven days after the specification and payment are confirmed. Complex colors, cap constructions or hand-ventilation requirements may need additional time. This is production time, not international transit time.
Do you keep ready-stock wigs?
No. TORENVA WIGS focuses on made-to-order human hair products. Each project is reviewed and quoted individually.
Can you manufacture products for my brand?
Yes. OEM manufacturing, ODM product development, private label and custom packaging are available. Send your branding and packaging requirements with the initial brief.
What can be customized?
Customization can include hair color, texture, length, density, lace type and shade, cap construction, base design, size, hairline, parting, finishing, labels and packaging.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Send reference images or a written product brief, the required quantity, destination country and any OEM, ODM, private-label or packaging requirements.
Do you ship internationally?
Worldwide shipping is available subject to destination. Shipping method, cost and delivery timing are confirmed for each project.
When does bulk production begin?
Bulk production is planned only after the sample has been reviewed and the agreed sample or written specification has been approved in writing.
Can made-to-order products be returned?
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for made-to-specification products. If an item appears to differ materially from the approved written specification, contact TORENVA WIGS promptly for review under the applicable custom-order policy.
